Lawrence Starr's daughter, Vicki, has been a treasured friend and neighbor for over ten years. I have been honored to know Vicki's dad and I shall always remember his warmth, gentleness, kindness, and sense of humor, as well as his love of movies, his pet birds, and the stories of his many travels to Africa. He was a treasure and will be missed!
