Hi my name is April. My husband and I met Renee and Sherman on a Celebrity Cruise in 2017. It was our 30th wedding anniversary. I have a picture with her and Sherman during dinner on our anniversary on the cruise. We became friends on the cruise and dined together a few times. Renee was such a bright light and funny Sherman doted over her. They were such a cute couple. They told us a few stories about their meeting. I remember Renee talking about her granddaughter being an actuary and her son being in the recording business. I called her once after the cruise and we chatted for a few minutes. I never called again...didn't want to find out she had passed but I wondered about her often and hoped that she and Sherman were doing well. I decided to search again today and found that she had recently passed. After meeting her I know for certain she will be missed. I am so sorry for your loss. My husband and I offer our sincerest condolences. You never know who you are going to meet in life and many you meet, you don't always remember. Some people just stay with you. I will never forget Renee or Sherman.
