So shocked and saddened to hear of Allen's passing. From the inception of Lighting Dynamics in 1991, he was more than an accountant to us.......a true friend and trusted advisor. He was a singularly fine person. Many times I relied on his valued advice. He possessed a clarity of thought and judgement found in few. Even though he retired, we'd still catch up a couple of times a year. I will miss him.
