Andrea Ellen, my sister, will be missed by the many lives she touched. Taken way too soon by a dreadful disease, glioblastoma. She fought the losing battle hard and for more years than she was given when she was diagnosed over 4 years ago. After 2 brain surgeries, experimental trials and chemotherapy cocktails she is now in heaven with my mother and her grandparents.
She's at peace, no longer in pain and her loved ones are left to grieve her passing. May her memory be a blessing.
I will say my sister always gave more to others than she took in return. Such a giving person. Such a good heart. So brave to endure what she went through.
I will remember Andrea as my big sister who would be so generous to her nephews whom she loved. To her sister in law and my wife whom she welcomed to our family. To my cousins Ivy and Kerry who were unbelievable in getting involved in Andrea's fight against gliobladtoma and helped beyond measure. You are both truly special people in my life and in Andrea's shortened life. I will never forget and will be forever grateful for what you have done for Andrea and my family.
Hold your family and loved ones close to you. Life is short and tomorrow is not promised.
Andrea R.I.P. I love you, Eric.
