Andrea Pallen's Obituary
Andrea Pallen (née Burrell), 84 years old, passed peacefully at home, surrounded by her family, on October 18. Andrea was a deeply beautiful, immensely talented, and exquisitely sensitive soul. A dancer, fitness instructor, painter, wife, mother and grandmother. She led an adventurous life. Born in Leeds, England just before World War II broke out, she danced in small theaters throughout Europe and on big stages in Las Vegas. She had an impeccable sense of taste, a wicked sense of humor, and an infectious joie de vivre. She is survived by her husband Harvey, her daughter Rachel Weiss (Joe Traub), her son David Weiss, and her granddaughter Skyler Lubin. A memorial service honoring her will be held at Levitt Weinstein Memorial Chapels, 18840 W. Dixie Highway, Miami, on Monday, October 23 at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers or gifts, donations should be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
