Beloved wife of Saul Kozolchyk, loving mother of Elliot (Deta) Kozolchyk and Frances (Jeff) Cohen, cherished grandmother of Natasha, Jeffrey, Jake, Brook, Taylor and Charley, adored great-grandmother of Haven, Ryan, Luka and Clark.
