Balgley, Arlene, 79, of North Miami Beach, passed away May 2, 2015. She is the Beloved Wife of Joel, the Loving Mother of Robert- Reuven (Ellen), Allan (Rose Joy), Judy (Tzvi) Stern, Cherished Grandmother of Shimshon, Meir, Chaim, Hadara, Moshe, Miriam, Rebbeca, Ariella, Sara, Raquel, Avraham, Shmuel, Bracha, Eliana, and the Adored Great Grandmother of Aliza, Temima, Elisheva. The Devoted Sister of Seymour Herman, Rita Soffian. Graveside Services will be held Sunday, May 3, 2015 at 2:30pm at Mt. Sinai Cemetery.
