Ray, Arlene, 66, a resident of Hollywood, FL for 39 years, formerly of Chicago, IL. passed away Monday, March 14, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Gerald, a loving mother of Bari (Michael) Becker, Elizabeth (Bruce) Edrich; an adored daughter of the late Anne and Herman Orlove, a cherished grandmother of Hailey, Lexie, and Joey Becker and Justin Cook; beloved sister of Laurie Schufeldt and Bobby (Randy) Orlove; brother-in-law Gregory, Brian (Ronda) and Clifford (Donna); a proud aunt of many nieces and nephews. Arlene was an educator for many years in Chicago and South Florida. Arlene and Jerry were one of the founding families of Temple Solel in Hollywood. Arlene’s family and friends will always remember her for her happy spirit and positive outlook on life. She had such a giving soul and an abundance of everlasting love for her family and friends. The family requests memorial contributions to Temple Solel or the charity of your choice.
