Arnold Barry Polinsky's Obituary
Arnold Polinsky, of Boca Raton, Florida, passed away on March 5th, 2022 at the age of 83.
He was born in Newark, New Jersey to Betty and Rubin Polinsky. He grew up with his brother Murray Polinsky. He graduated from Weequahic High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree from New Jersey Institute of Technology, formerly known as Newark College of Engineering. He then went on to earn a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of Delaware.
He started an automobile customizing company called Tops in Tops in 1970 until 1991. Afterwards, he reinvented himself many times including being a manufacturer’s representative of children clothing in New York and Florida with his wife Barbara.
He married Barbara Heller in 1967 and they were married for almost fifty-five years. They had three lovely children, Brett, Craig and Carrie. He had two grandchildren, Kyra and Jaron, that were the light of his life.
The Polinsky family loved to travel and sample cuisines from around the world. They had a large coterie of friends and family and he will be sorely missed.
Following the funeral service there will be a shiva at Hawks Landing clubhouse located at 500 Hawks Landing Circle, Plantation, Florida 33324. There will also be shiva at Tara and Craig Polinsky’s house on Wednesday, March 9th, 2022 from 4-8pm.
