Sagotsky, Arthur, 78 of Miami, Florida passed away January 29, 2014. Beloved husband of the late Ruth; loving father of Eric & Dale; cherished grandfather of Batya, Blake & Alek; dear brother of Carolyn Most. A veteran of the Air Force, Arthur had a great spirit and a giving heart. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.
