I loved Mrs. Marmorstein. Her son Scot was my closest friend from High School. I immediately felt like an extended family member and was always welcome in the Marmorsten home. Scot even hosted a surprise 18th birthday party for me there. She was vibrant, feisty, self-reliant and full of energy. She had a knack for keeping Scot in line. When Scot got married, I was not able to attend but my mother did and was gifted with sitting at a table with Scot's mom. One of my biggest regrets was not being able to be there. I will always cherish the special moments and send my love to all the family.
