KERNBelema “Billie”, 93 of Miami Beach passed away February 16, 2012. Beloved wife of the late Max S. Kern, cherished mother of Donna (Stephen) Bloom of Miami Beach and the late Norman Kern, adored grandmother of Scott (Liana) Bloom of Miami, loving great-grandmother of Andrew and Jordyn Bloom. Billie was the Past National President of J.W.V.A., Past President of Civic League of Miami Beach and Technion. Donations in memory of Mrs. Kern may be made to Mount Sinai Medical Center or The Miami Jewish Health Systems, Inc. Private Services were held.Blasberg-Rubin-Zilbert (305) 538-6371
