Manning, Belle R., 100, passed away on March 7, 2015. Beloved wife of the late E. Kal Manning, mother of Harriet (Harvey) Kleinberg, devoted grandmother of Erica (Augusto) Tiomno, and adoring great grandmother of Evan Tiomno.
