Burton Goldstein's Obituary
Burt Goldstein passed away peacefully Sunday, July 22 at Northwest Regional Medical Center in Margate, FL. He was born in Chicago, Illinois. He served four years in the United States Navy and was a veteran of the Korean War. Burt worked as a local truck driver for over 20 years at O’Hare airport. Burt is survived by his loving wife Edith (Levine) and by his son Kim and his wife Cherryl, and his son Scott and his wife Betty. Burt had four grandchildren that were the apple of his eye; Jason, Ryan, Jessica, and Sandie; and two adoring great grandchildren; Monai and Asia. Burt is also survived by his two younger brothers, Irwin of Boynton Beach, FL and Bruce of Chicago. Burt had a vibrant sense of humor and generous nature that will live on with his family. Graveside services will be held at South Florida National Cemetery in Lake Worth, FL on Wednesday, July 25, at 1:15pm. Shiva will be held Wednesday after the funeral through Friday at the home of Edith Goldstein 2704 Nassau Bend Apt J2 in Coconut Creek. In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Burton Goldstein's blessed memory can be made to City Of Hope.
