Dr. Carlos Slapak, 94 of Hallandale Beach, Florida passed away on Monday, January 6, 2025. Beloved husband of the late Sara Erenberg-Slapak, loving father of Benjamin Slapak (Lili Steiner), Alex Slapak and Judith (Henan) Barski, dear brother of Sofia Slapak and Iris (Samuel) Corinfeld, cherished grandfather of Sabrina, Julian, David and Michael, adored great-grandfather of Leo, Audrey, Naomi and Declan. The family suggests donations be made in memory of Dr. Carlos Slapak to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org or Humane Society of Broward, www.humanebroward.com A Chapel Service will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Levitt-Weinstein Beth David Memorial Chapel, 3201 N. 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, Florida 33024.
