Carol Milgrim's Obituary
Milgrim, Carol passed away February 15, 2016 at the age of 88. Carol is survived by her husband of 70 years, Franklin Milgrim. Deceased sister Joan Reach, Daughters Nancy Spiwak (Richard) & Catherine Wynn, Grandsons, Thomas Cheney (Becky), Jacob Wynn, Jesse Wynn, Great Grandchildren, Megan, Kathleen & Thomas Jr. Cheney, Nephews, Gary Reach (Marta), Andrew Reach (Bruce), Brother in law, Paul Milgrim (Charlotte), Melba Macheko, Companion. Carol was known as "Antique Queen" for 50 years in Cleveland, Ohio. She was an accomplished artist-she did sport paintings for her sports not husband. She also did a painting for a Time Magazine editor. She was a jewelry designer and producer of her intimate bracelets, pins and necklaces and thousands for numerous charities. She was a very gifted artist helping our architects open many Milgrim stores in Ohio. Carol invented the trendy store Millie/G. Just 1000 square feet with tents for the fitting rooms. She was the originator of mens jeans for teenage girls. Carol was a fantastic dancer and loved to watch Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers. Carol excelled in Tennis. She won a Turnberry Class A Double Championship. Carol will always be loved by her family and friends forever, She loves you too. A last thank you to Dr. M.
