Charlene Blue, 83 of Miami Beach passed away January 24, 2018. Charlene was a resident of Miami Beach for 70 years. She was a graduate of Miami Beach High School and a supporter of many charitable organizations. Survived by her dear friends Jackie, Arren & Matthew Lien of Pembroke Pines.
