Dr. Charles Jay Gratz, 87, passed away peacefully on December 15, 2023. Survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Dale Gratz, children Jeffrey (Susan Buchsbaum) Gratz, Lauri (Bill) Roy, Brett (Stephanie) Gratz, and grandchildren Sarah, David, Abigail, Benjamin, Cameron and Zachary Gratz. Charles leaves behind a legacy of extended family, dear friends and patients whom he cared for deeply. He will be missed for his warmth, love and kind spirit. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, December 17, 2023 at 2:30 p.m. at the Outdoor Chapel at Lakeside Memorial and Funeral Home, 10301 NW 25th Street, Doral, Florida.
