Charles loving father of Ryan (Hollen), Mia, Gia; dear brother of Sandy Rattner (Joel); cherished grandfather of Sophia, Sienna and Ryder. Chapel Service will be held on Sunday September 28, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Levitt-Weinstein Blasberg Rubin Zilbert Memorial Chapel located 18840 W. Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, FL 33180.
