Charlotte Brodie's Obituary
Charlotte Glovsky Brodie passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family. She was born in Lynn, Massachusetts to Anna and Moses Glovsky. She met the love of her life, Myron Brodie at Camp Walt Whitman and together they shared an amazing 64 years of marriage. They were blessed with 3 wonderful children – Steven, Debbie & David.
She loved everything about life, but most of all – her family. She cherished her late husband, Myron "Mike", her children, Steve (Shelly) Brodie, Debbie Brodie (Ed) Weiss, the late David Brodie and daughter-in-law Amy Brodie, grandchildren, Bradley (Alexis), Michael (Rooney), Alyssa, Garret, Kelsey (fiance Griffin), Darin, Neil (Alana) & Dana (Julian), great-grandchildren, Jackson, Hanna, Adam, Ian, Margot, Delilah, Sophia & David. Charlotte loved being with her many friends in the community whether playing mah jongg, volunteering at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation or as social chair at Williams Island. Together Charlotte and her “My” traveled the world and spent their lives trying to make a difference every single day, We are especially grateful to her caregivers – Maria Reiff and her team at the Chalet.
She was predeceased by her parents, Anna and Moses Glovsky.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 12th at 10:30 am at Temple Beth Am, 5950 North Kendall Drive.Please call for time of service.
