Cynthia (Cindi) Taylor Nash's Obituary
NASH, Cynthia (Cindi) Taylor Passed away peacefully and on her own terms October 11, 2014. She was the loving bride of over 50 years to Martin (Marty) J. Nash (deceased), survived by her twin sons, Adam (Wendy) and Matthew, grandchildren, Allyson, Jamie and Jared, brother-in-law, Dr. Theodore E. Nash, and sister- in-law, Dr. Lori B. Dribin (Michael). Cindi was born and raised in Connecticut and attended Bennington College. She was a devoted wife and mother and shared her generosity and great sense of humor with all who knew her. She was a founding board member of MOCA, which was her pride and joy, and was also a long time board member of Art In Public Places for Miami-Dade County. Cindi was proud to be a part of the art that the Public Art Trust placed in public spaces around the county for the enjoyment of all. She was also a supporter of numerous other charities, locally and nationally. The Nash family would like to thank Lidia Rosales for her unending, unconditional, love and care that she gave to both Cindi and Marty. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in the memory of Cindi and in support of her love of contemporary art to ICA Miami, Inc., 4040 N.E. 2nd Avenue, Miami, Florida 33137. Services will be held at Blasberg-Rubin-Zilbert, located at 720-71st St, Miami Beach, Florida 33141 October 14, 2014 at 12:00 noon.
