Richter, Devera, 74, of Hollywood passed away August 2, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Rabbi Harold (Chaim) Richter; loving mother of Saul (Jessica) Richter, Joseph (Naomi) Skop-Richter and Miriam (Yirmiyahu) Mack; cherished grandmother of Shira Mack, Yosef Aaron Mack, Ephraim Mack, Yaacov Mack, Aryeh Mack, Bracha Kaila Mack, Naftali Skop-Richter and Jonah Richter; dear sister of David (Pam) Dernis and the late Sanford Dernis.
