Diane Sherry Weinstein's Obituary
Diane Sherry Weinstein, 82, of Hollywood, Florida passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 13, 2022. She was the beloved wife of Sandy Weinstein for 60 years, loving mother of Bunnie & Jamie Weinstein and Alison & Rick Mars, and adoring grandmother of Zachary, Blake, Cory, and Brody. Born and raised in Rockaway Beach, New York, Diane moved to North Miami Beach in 1974 where she and Sandy raised their family. She turned her passion for antiques into a successful business, Sadie’s Shopping Bag, which she ran for decades in honor of her mother and grandmother. She was the original foodie, and loved cooking her famous meatballs, blintzes soufflés, and apple kugel for her loved ones. Her recipes will live on. She will be in our hearts, bellies and memories forever.
