Dorothy Miller's Obituary
Dorothy Miller, 94 of Bal Harbour, Florida passed away August 24, 2017. Survived by beloved husband Julius of 76 years; loving children Stephen (Dawn) Miller and Eleanor Miller; cherished grandchildren Max and Jessica (Doug Tobins); adored great-grandchildren Lily Rose and Zee. Dorothy was an original member of the Deed Club, Diabetes Research Institute, Love & Hope Committee of Juvenile Diabetes and Project Newborn.
To lead a fulfilled life, Dorothy's passion included travel and adventure, participating in all family functions. She loved being a member of Westview Country Club playing mahjong and gin rummy with the girls while the boys were playing golf. Dottie had a special adoration for social functions where she consistently maintained her status "Belle of the Ball."
Dorothy shared a very special love for her husband, Julie. Her love for him will remain unprecedented. And, the extraordinary love for her children, grand and great-grandchildren was certainly recognized by all who surrounded her. She will be sorely missed.
