Edmund Jerome Milberg's Obituary
MILBERG, Edmund Jerome, 91, Miami Beach, beloved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and uncle. "EJ" passed away peacefully, Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Born in Brooklyn, May 9, 1924 Edmund served proudly in the European Theatre of WWII, in the 3rd army division with the 284th Combat Engineers under General George S. Patton. After his tour of duty, he graduated from the University of Miami and settled in to teach and supervise student activities at Miami Norland Senior High.
EJ will be remembered for the enormity of his loving heart and generosity.
Devoted husband of Marilyn, Edmund is survived by his daughters, Marti McLean, Stephanie Olesky (Ralph), Leslie Steinberg (Marty), brother, Robert Milberg (Fredi), Grandchildren, Jamie, Kara, Lauren, Casey, Randy, Trent, and his nieces and nephews. A Graveside service will be held Friday, March 11, 2016 at 10:30am at Mount Nebo Kendall. Arrangements by Levitt-Weinstein/NMB 305-932-2700
