Edward Decker, 93 of Aventura, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026
With profound sadness and deep gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the passing of Edward Decker.
A devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend, he touched countless lives through his kindness, wisdom, generosity, and unwavering love for his family. He will be remembered for his warm spirit, strong values, and the joy he brought to those fortunate enough to know him. Whether sharing stories, offering guidance, or dancing alongside his beloved wife, he created memories that will be treasured for generations.
He is survived by his loving wife, Helen, whose partnership and devotion were the cornerstone of a beautiful life together. He is also survived by his children: Robin Ponce (Toni Ponce), Cheryl Decker Moretz (Steve Windley), and Brenda Ponce (John Ponce).
He leaves behind his cherished grandchildren, Stefanie Muise, Alexander Ponce, Rachel Ponce, Frank Ponce, and Matthew Ponce (Gabriella Ponce), all of whom brought him immense pride and happiness.
His legacy of love, family, faith, and dedication will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
