Eileen Fairmont's Obituary
Eileen Fairmont, 92, passed peacefully on June 29, 2024. It's with great sadness and heavy hearts that Leslie and I announce the passing of our beautiful, funny, and extremely generous mom, Eileen Fairmont. Mom was a warrior who battled for years with all her might and finally gave in to Parkinson's and cancer at 1:05 PM. We love you mom and will miss you dearly. She is survived by her son, Steve Block and her daughter, Leslie Rheingold (Steve); granddaughters, Gaby Lanz (Vince) and Rocky Ziri Resnick (David), and grandson Julio Scardini; great-grandchildren, Asher, Logan, Frankie, and Julien; step-sons Scott Fairmont (Sandy) and Keith Fairmont (Lorraine); step-grandchildren Jessica, Leah, Samantha, Kris, Alexandra, Evan, Nathan, Sophie, and Josh; step-great-grandchildren Ava, Ryan, Collins, Caroline, Roman, and Skylar; and caregiver extraordinaire Roselene Papin. The family requests donations in memory of Eileen Fairmont be made to The Parkinson’s Foundation, www.parkinson.org. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, July 2, 2024, 9:30am at Levitt Weinstein Memorial Chapel 18840 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach 33180, (305) 932-2700. Interment follows at Lakeside Memorial Park.
