GRINGLERMrs. Eleanor, 99 of North Bay Village, passed away November 23, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Charles Gringler. Mrs. Gringler was a North Bay Village commissioner from 1982-84. She was the President of Temple Beth El in North Bay Village for many years, former chairperson of the North Bay Village Civil Service Board & rewrote the civil service rules, former President of Women in Government & a former member of the Opti-Mrs. Club.
