Tía Ely was an excellent cook and hostess. Whenever my parents came to visit us in Boca, we would drive down to Hollywood. Tío Julián and tía Ely treated us like royalty. Tio Julian would entertain us with humor, he and my husband would talk politics and tía Ely would share what she was reading. They were learned people, as were my parents. The afternoons sped by and before we knew it, we had to leave. Both of them left this earth too soon. My parents followed them in 2021 and 2025. I hope they found each other. We miss them so much, and I wanted to stop by to leave a message. Remembering the departed helps keep their memory alive. 🙏🏼💝🙏🏼

Dear Larry, Jenny and tía Ely's grandkids, my mom, my brothers and their spouses, and my husband Richard send their most heartfelt condolences. May the precious memories you have of tía accompany you through this difficult time of sorrow. My brothers and I always loved the Vargas sisters.
