Ellen Jean Bloom's Obituary
Ellen J. Bloom (Ellen Jean Gary) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 17.
Ellen leaves behind a loving family who will forever cherish her memory. She is survived by her brother, Jim Gary; her children, Denise Bartick (Earl), Nancy Liverman (Erwin), and Julie Riggs (Mike); and her beloved grandchildren, affectionately known as “Grammies Six Gems”: Rachel Liverman, Jessica Riggs, Jacob Liverman (Lindsey), Justin Riggs, Avra Liverman, and Ben Self and great-granddaughter, Naomi Ellen Liverman.
Ellen was an extraordinary mother, daughter, sister, friend, and grandmother. She will be remembered for her deep love, generosity, and fun, adventurous spirit. The kindness, respect, and warmth she shared with everyone she met will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
A service celebrating Ellen’s life will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Beth David Memorial Chapel, 3201 North 72nd Avenue, Hollywood, Florida 33024. Family and friends are invited to attend and honor her life and legacy.
