Eros Seigler's Obituary
Seigler, Eros, a long-time resident of North Miami Beach, died Wednesday the 28th of September. Born and raised in Rome, Italy, December 19, 1925, Eros was the eldest of three children. Growing up, Eros was very close with her brother Franco and her sister Rita. The daughter of a school teacher and an army Captain, she met her husband, Larry Seigler, during WWII when the allied troops liberated Italy. They were married after the war, in Italy, August, 1945. The young couple first settled in Syracuse, New York where they celebrated the births of their two sons, Gary and Jan. The family relocated to the Miami sunshine, where several years later, they celebrated the arrival of their daughter, Melissa. Eros loved travelling, tennis, dancing and staying connected with her family and many close friends. She is survived by her two sons and their spouses Nancy and Jessica, her daughter and son-in-law John Lee, five grandchildren Landon Seigler, Amy Seigler-Sadler, Eric Seigler, Madison Lee and Jonathan Lee and two great-grandchildren Jake Thomas Seigler and Garrett Paul Sadler who all share lovely memories of Eros.
