Felice Schwartz passed away on February 3, 2021. Felice was born in Pender Nebraska. She was the daughter of David and Reba Pred. Felice was predeceased by her loving husband Gerald, her brothers Stanley Pred and Marvin Pred and her twin sister Jan Ribnick. Felice is survived by her son Gary (Lori), Gregg (Janet) and Wendy (Anthony). Felice is also survived by her grandchildren and her great granddaughter. Felice moved to Miami Beach in her teen years and attended Miami Beach High where she was a majorette. She then attended University of Miami where she met the love of her life Gerald. Felice worked with a prominent eye doctor after University of Miami and then joined her beloved husband of 67 years in their successful public relations business. She worked on many political campaigns. She moved to Pinecrest in 1960 and lived there until 2000. Felice then moved to Aventura where she enjoyed 20 years of her life attending workout classes, social committee meetings and happy hours. She was a member of Hadassah, served as a life membership chairperson of Na’amat USA. Felice was the president of the South Shore Hospital and Medical Center Auxiliary. She was a member of the board of the Civic League of Miami Beach. She was on the board of the American Zionist Federation of South Florida. She was an honorary lifetime trustee of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce. Felice was active in Miami Jewish Federation; she was a Lion of Judah and held several board positions. She had a love for Israel and was a philanthropist. Due to the pandemic, she temporarily moved back to Pinecrest with her devoted daughter Wendy and her devoted son in law Anthony. She recently celebrated her 90th Birthday with a blowout drive by birthday party that was in the news. She attributes her health and long years to a wholesome upbringing, daily exercise classes, daily walks and always having a positive attitude. Felice will be sorely missed for her compassion, humor, devotion, generosity and her zest for life. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
