Francesca Booke's Obituary
Francesca Booke passed away on May 26, 2018 following a multi-year struggle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She and her husband of over 40 years, Stephen Booke, resided on Fisher Island, FL for almost 30 years before her illness. Prior to that, they lived in New York City.
Francesca was born in New York City in May 1934. Her parents died within a year of each other while Francesca was in her late-teens. Following that, she lived in The Plaza Hotel in New York City with the executor of her parents’ estate living in an adjacent apartment. For a few years, Francesca was an actor and a model in New York City. She has no other direct relatives but does have two stepsons and two stepdaughters.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Levitt Weinstein of Miami Beach.
