Although we only connected by phone and I never had the chance to meet her in person, I’m truly grateful I was able to support her in getting her care arranged. She had a beautiful way of touching people—something you could feel in her spirit. Francine, my Franny Weenie, my best friend… you were a dearest friend to our family. You and Ivan both have always held such a special place in our hearts. Your daily text messages, your hourly check-ins, your stories, your laughter — all of it will be truly missed. You never forgot a birthday, a milestone, or even the smallest detail of our lives. You loved us deeply, and you made sure we felt that love every single day.

I have so many memories of Francine from when I met her when I did my student teaching to all the dinners we had together. It's been about 29 years of beautiful memories with Francine. She loved celebrating birthdays and never forgot one. We enjoyed going out to eat for these celebrations. She was a genuine and classy lady. She was an amazing educator. I am who I am in my profession thanks to her leadership, expertise and passion for education. Finally, she is my cherished friend. I will miss her daily texts and images. I love Francine. Rest in peace. 💘🙏
