Fred Wilk 66, of Miami, formerly of Bronx, New York passed away July 24, 2017. A graduate of Columbia School of Pharmacy. He worked at Baptist Hospital & for the last 11 years at the University of Miami Hospital. Beloved husband of Diane Wilk, loving father of Sandy (Mark) Basson & Lori (Fernando) Granja, dear brother of Karen (Ira) Rubin, grandfather of Shaina, Lucas and Lila.
