LEVITTHarvey Levitt 69 of Aventura, Fl. passed away Thurs., Dec. 13, 2012.He was born in Philadelphia, PA, Aug. 15, 1943, to Sarah and Isadore Levitt.He attended Germantown High School and Temple University in Philadelphia. He was aregular dancer on American Bandstand and a fan of rock and roll music. After starting a family,he moved to Southern California in 1973 and began a career in sales. After 20 years, herelocated to South Florida and enjoyed living there with his wife Susan Grossinger Levitt.Harvey was a charismatic, loyal, happy and full of life husband, father, grandfather and friend. He made everyone he met feel special. Harvey is survived by his wife, Susan, his daughtersIlyse Levitt of Las Vegas, NV and Lori, son-in-law Jamie, granddaughter Skylar Welch ofBethesda, MD, his brother Arnie sister-in-law Sherry Lynn and nephew Ian Levitt of Los Angeles, CA. Harvey will be forever dancing in all of our memories.In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Liddy Shriver Sarcoma Initiative,17 Bethea Drive, Ossining, NY 10562-1620.
