Herman Blecker, 94 of Delray Beach, Florida passed away September 18, 2017. Chapel services will take place on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at 10:00 am at Star of David Memorial Chapels in West Babylon, New York. The burial will follow at Beth David Cemetery In Elmont New York. Funeral arrangements were handled by Levitt Weinstein Coconut Creek.
