He invited me and my girlfriend for lunch and told me he would do so any time. I knew him and did busines with him over a 10 year period. May God treat him with the justice he gave me.

I remember him from my early teens, his number in Coney Island was very close to one of my mother's office telephone lines and he would get numerous calls by people looking for her in the early 1970's. Years later, the three of us would look at property in NY and Florida and when we went to Brooklyn we would go to one of two his two favorite dinners. He was a good friend to my mother thoughout the years.from the 1970's to her passing a few years ago. I still hear his voice on the phone when he called her to discuss real estate. My best to him and his family.
I am sitting at my ranch in brasil and suddenly Hy Singer popped into my head and on line learned about his passing. He was a great and decent man. Bon voyage my dear friend. Bob Carroll
