Hilda Bendell's Obituary
Hilda Sandow Bendell, age 99 ½, died peacefully on November 20, 2018. A resident of Aventura and Royal Palm Beach, Florida, she arrived from England in January 1948 to Miami where she and late husband David lived for more than 30 years. Hilda was an avid golfer, loved playing cards and tile games and was always fashion savvy.
Survived by daughter Abbe Bendell, son Leonard Bendell and daughter-in-law Roberta Bendell, grandchildren Howard Bendell, Teri Bendell-Bou and Manuel Bou, great grandchildren Geoffrey Bendell and Francisco Bou and great niece Jaime Feldman.
Her lasting gift to the world was her “Royal Wave". Long live our Queen Hilda.
Graveside service will be held on Sunday, November 25th at 2pm at the Mt. Nebo Cemetery (5505 NW 3rd Street, Miami)
