Irene Abel's Obituary
Irene (Rene) Abel passed away Sunday, December 25. She was predeceased by her husband, David and son, William. She is survived by her daughter, Susan (Jeff) Postal, grandchildren, Billy (Alli) Medof, Mara Medof, and her great grandchildren, David, Eli and Milo. Ahead of her time, the example Rene set empowered the women who came into her life. She was a friend to all and loved by all. A memorial service will be held at Temple Israel in the Gumenick Chapel on Sunday, January 8th at 11 AM. The family would welcome donations made in Irene’s honor to Post-Polio Health International, 4207 Lindell Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63108.
