Dr. Jack Eff, 94 of Davenport, Florida passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026. Beloved husband of Claire Eff, loving father of Renee (Joel) Atkins and Kenneth Eff, dear sister of Vivian Eisman Miller and sister-in-law of Linda Cohen, cherished grandfather of seven and adored great-grandfather of six.
