Jack Roth, age 90 of Boynton Beach, FL died on August 1 2014. He is survived by his wife Elaine, his children Keving Roth, Michael Duonick, Susan Vidro, Beth Duffy and Jill Foy. 9 grandchildren and 12 great-granchildren also survive. Funeral services will be held Monday August 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Beth Israel Memorial Chapel, 11115 Jog Road, Boynton Beach. Burial will take place following the service at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, Boynton Beach. Arrangements by Levitt-Weinstein Memorial Chapel, Coconut Creek, Fl. 954-427-6500.
