Jack Zaffos, 58, passed away December 13, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Seena; devoted son, Matthew (Ariela); Mother, Fannie; Brothers, Alan (Geryl), and Steven (Valerie), sister Rita and nieces and nephews.
Jack enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and beautiful sunny day on the golf course. Services will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at 2:00 pm at Levitt-Weinstein/Beth David Memorial Gardens, 3201 NW 72nd Ave, Hollywood, FL 33024. Donations in Jack’s memory can be made to Temple Beth Emet, Cooper City or the American Cancer Society.
