Janet Helen Miller (nee Moscowitz), 82, of North Miami Beach, FL, and formerly of Wyndmoor, PA passed away September 1, 2016. Janet moved in 1979 to be closer to her mother and to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Caring and loving mother of Holly (Robert) Rothbard (Coconut Grove, FL) and Michael (Jeannie) Miller (Lafayette Hill, PA), sister of Dr. Herbert (Sandy) Moss (Elkins Park, PA), aunt, cousin, GG, and friend. Janet was an incredible, one of a kind woman. Her determination to conquer what she wanted was evident in her shining eyes. Janet’s smile touched everyone’s heart and she will truly be missed. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside funeral services at Lakeside Memorial Park, 10301 N.W. 25th St. Miami, FL 33172 on Tuesday September 6, 2016 at 11:30 A.M. Relatives and friends are invited to Janet's life celebration at the Wilshire Condominium Card Room 1300 NE Miami Gardens Drive, North Miami Beach, FL 33179 immediately following the service (1:30 -3:30). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Paralyzed Veterans of America, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or Brandeis National Committee (Waltham, MA 02454).
