Palmer, Janie Lynn, 70, of The Villages, Florida, formerly of Bronx, New York, passed away on January 9, 2018. She is survived by her life partner Larry Baxter; children Melissa (Wael) Hazin and Stacey Palmer; and grandchildren Rebecca and Ethan.
