Joan touched so many lives- including mine. She was definitely special and a joy to be around. She would always share a beautiful smile and brighten any room.
I will the cherish the memories of visiting her: from the first time she welcomed us in Miami Beach home, lined us up on the couch and asked about each of us (college friends visiting with Linda). She continued to follow our lives and I felt a special warmth whenever I came to Miami and had a chance to see her (and Stan) at their house or Linda's...and at the Bar Mitzvahs of two grandsons Kevin & Danny.
I am so sorry for the loss her family must be experiencing.
