Joel I. Levin's Obituary
LEVINJoel I., passed away Feb. 7, 2012. Deeply influenced by his parents, the late Mortimer and Elsie Levin of Chicago, IL, for their deep commitment for social justice, entrepreneurial spirit, and charity, Joel decided early in his career to combine business practices with charitable good works. With an MBA in International Business from Thunderbird Global Mgt he came to Florida in the 1980’s and became a successful Charitable Design Architect, for numerous Charities In 1993 Joel founded Foundation of the Americas with his long-time friend and Partner Rachel Eugenia Pinedo. Joel is survived by his brother Perry, nieces, Allison, Marnie & families.
