John Henry Radford Jr.'s Obituary
Mr. John Henry Radford, Jr. was born October 3, 1948, in Hawkinsville, GA to the late John Henry Radford Sr. and the late Maggie Tate Radford. At a young age, he dedicated his life to Christ at Mount Cilla Baptist Church. He received his education in Pulaski County, GA. He joined the Army in 1966, where he served the country for two years with an honorable discharge. He returned to Miami, FL in 1970 and began driving trucks until his faithful retirement in 2003. Mr. Radford was the loving father of Travis (Iracema) Radford, Michael (Shekina) Radford and John Radford III; dear brother of Dorothy Radford, the late Charlie Radford, the late Paulette Radford and the late Melvin Radford; cherished grandfather of Jay'Von Clark, Jazmyn Clark, Angela Washington, Travisha Radford, Rashad Radford, Alonda Melton, Ashonta Melton, Ty'La Radford, Michael Radford Jr., Jaylen Radford, Alona Radford and Jayden Radford.
A viewing will be held 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., followed by a Chapel service Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Levitt Weinstein Blasberg Rubin Zilbert Memorial Chapel, 18840 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, Florida 33180 (305) 932-2700.
