I still think of Joe often. I worked in CCU at Pembroke when he first started. We had many good talks and fun times. He introduced me to a woman I still call my friend. He and Sharon were friends with Barbara and Dennis and Barbara needed an au pair. Joe introduced me to her and my au pair’s sister came over to work with the Collins family. He was a good doctor, a kind man, and loved his children immensely. Rest in peace dear one.
My husband was the most caring, kind, empathetic person I have ever known. He was also the most intelligent man I’ve ever met. It has been over two years and I still feel his presence, still reach for his hand in bed at night and miss everything about him. I loved that man with everything I had to give. After close to 30 years we were still very much each other’s B’Shert. I miss everything about him. I will never love another man the way I loved him. He was my world and still is.
I wake up each morning in disbelief that you’re gone.several times a day I’ve gone to pick up my phone to call you and then realizing that I can’t. A huge part of me died with you. I think about you every second of every day and dream about you at night. I love you daddy.
