Joy Bookman's Obituary
Joy Tarlowe Bookman, 86, of Boca Raton, FL, formerly of Jersey City, and Dumont, NJ. passed away in the early morning hours of Sept. 7, 2020 in the comfort of her residence surrounded by loved ones. She succumbed after a valiant battle with Parkinson’s Disease. She will be remembered for her love of family, playing bridge, and eating dark chocolate as well has her deep obsession of Mallomar cookies. She was predeceased by her loving husband Phillip, and leaves behind her three children, David (Linda), Karen (Guy), and Paul (Wasna). She also leaves behind her five grandchildren, Daniel (Susan), Mark, Rachel, Jason, and Ian. Due to the Covid Pandemic, services will be restricted to the immediate family. Her memory will continue to be celebrated and honored by those who loved her. May her memory be a blessing
